Please note that we will endeavour to answer any questions or queries as soon as possible however it may take up to 48 hours (not including Saturday and Sunday) for a reply to be sent.

Feedback

Once customers have received items we ask that feedback is left to confirm delivery.

When positive feedback is left our systems will respond with reciprocal positive feedback within 72 hours.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. So if customers have problems or questions regarding transactions we ask that contact is made with us before leaving any type of feedback to give us the opportunity to as quickly as possible reasonably rectify any issues raised.

Negative feedback is obviously something we strive to avoid. We are always willing to work things out but if we don't know about issues, we cannot resolve them.

Shipping

Our aim is to dispatch all items purchased within 72 hours of receipt of payment (except Saturdays and Sundays).

All items will be shipped by Tracked service through Royal Mail or Parcel Force, and will take circa 2 BUSINESS DAYS for arrive with customers (MAINLAND UK addresses only)

Once goods are dispatched we cannot affect transit times to customer. Transit commitments are provided by Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

We only dispatch to the confirmed delivery address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.

We reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses for multiple bids using PayPal. Payment will be refunded (PayPal payment) for unacceptable multiple orders and in addition those orders will also be cancelled from eBay.

If there is a sizeable delay in your units arriving contact us as we can provide the tracking number. However, please allow at least 4 days before contacting us.

Returns

We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can.

Ø       We will refund faulty items returned within 7 days of purchase if we are unable to provide an exchange.

Ø       Shipping and handling fee refundable, but only if there is an error with the dispatch process.

Ø       Customers are responsible for return shipping with original packaging included, and sufficient outer packaging to protect the unit in transit.

Ø       Please note that under no circumstances will we refund for return P&P, unless upon testing, a fault can be found with products. Please note that all items are fully tested once returned.

Ø       Merchandise received back damaged or with missing components will not be eligible for refund.

Ø       On receiving the item, we will endeavour to process all refunds within 5 working days.

Ø       Please contact us by email before sending any items back and for detailed returns procedure – please ensure that written details of the fault are included with any returns.
