N.B.  These are NOT Bifocals.  Please view my shop catagories as bifocal sunreaders are available there for those who prefer the convenience of the type that have the strength only in the lower portion, enabling you to read close up - as well as focus in the distance.

The specs also block 100% U.V.A and U.V.B rays which protect the eyes much more than your normal reading glasses, especially in strong sunlight.  These harmful rays are now proven to increase the risk of age related macular degeneration.

Many people even wear them over contact lenses when they wish to read out in the sun as sometimes their close-up vision still needs an occasional boost. (contacts usually only correct distance vision, and lens wearers are far, far more sensitive to the suns glare.) 

 N.B. A High street optician would charge in excess of £120 to make these up, and they would be no better quality at all - so at this price you simply cant go wrong...
